Chassell is the only community where we currently manage property in Michigan. It is located in the Upper Peninsula, just 9 miles south of Houghton and Hancock. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for anyone over the age of 18 who is able to sign a lease agreement (some restrictions apply for students). Units are furnished with a stove and fridge.
